See It, Feel It, Believe In It
Until you are ready and willing to make a change in your life, the possibility of change will continue to elude you. As the saying goes…”when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”
The same is true for change in all of our lives.
Subconsciously we hang onto all of our past mistakes, bad habits and self-defeating beliefs. Let go and embrace change. The end result, the feeling of freedom that follows is more than worth the journey.Simply being aware of change is not enough. You must embrace the opportunity and encourage the possibility within your own life.

Living A Life Of Integrity
An abundance of decisions are made each day, turning positive actions into daily habits will enable your pattern of success to develop quicker. Develop a pattern for success that fits you well.
- 01Make Better Choices: Regularly making the wrong small decisions may add up to big problems. Ensure that you make better decisions on a daily basis. Have a clear vision for your life; a clear sense of purpose, and effective goals. Consistently remind yourself of your values, purpose and goals, leaving them at the forefront of your mind. Smarter decisions will be made, decisions that are congruent with the person you are and the life which you are trying to create.
- 02Develop Positive Habits: Replace the bad habits with positive habits. To develop positive habits, you first need to identify your bad habits. Create a list of all the bad habits of which you are aware. Should you want other's perceptions, ask trusted friends, or family, to identify any bad habits. With a completed list, review and write down the long term effects of continuing this habit. Identify a positive habit to implement in its place and make a plan for how you are going to achieve that new habit.
- 03Keep Agreements: Every day agreements are made, with both yourself and others. While making an agreement, the general intention is to honor it however, in a busy life, that often proves to be easier said than done. Each time an agreement is broken, the trust between you and the other party begins to erode. Keeping your agreements requires an effective personal productivity system, capturing commitments so that they can be processed and then completed.
- 04Empower Others: The best way to build healthy relationships with another individual is to find some way in which you can assist someone. It could be something as simple as taking a few minutes to listen to their needs. With one quick, effotless action you will have taken giant strides towards creating a healthy, new relationship. To live with integrity is to live as your best self. Each relationship must be seen as bidirectional. By helping others, you help them to feel good about themselves, while helping yourself by creating a healthy new relationship.
